The old man called himself the owner, he is the most rude person I have ever met. What happened to Erika she is the best person at this company. It looks like their are going out of business. Maybe that's why they are so rude. If you ate referred to this place run do not just walk away. Just run

Nothing they say is true. I order shoes 3 months ago and i still don't have them. Every time I call I am told they are on back order. I have tried to get my money back but run into road blocks/excuses as to when this will happen. I have been told this company is going out of buisness

They charge me more for the product. They lied to BBB about the claim. They told me They was contract under my insurance and they sent a claim to my insurance I have their encounter. They told BBB they werent contracted under my ins. I received a doc from my ins about the real value for the product and they steal coustomer.

I when with a RX. They charger me more that I have to pay for it. I received a document from my ins. about the real value of the product. I call them requesting reisbursment and they didnt want to do it. I file a complaing in BBB and they lied to BBB saying I didnt have any RX when I was there. I asked them if they was contracted under my insurance. They said "Yes" They lied to BBB saying they werent contracted under my ins. I WONT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE any more. I am wondering how many coustomer they do the same thing.

I was referred to Affordable Medical Supply by a friend after complaining about the service I received at another local medical supply store. I have to say that I was more than impressed with the service I received and the overall look of the store. Thank you for your help!

This is quite possibly the nicest Medical Supply store that I've ever been to. The customer service and product knowledge was well beyond what I've received from other stores. I appreciated the warm atmosphere! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my mom!
