Provided by YP.comSo I decided to double check the gas price because when I looked at my receipt it said 289 a gallon which didn't seem right so after reading the reviews and learning that they add an extra $0.14 a gallon $0.50 for full service I look up at the price on shell on Bridgeport website and Lord and behold the price is 260 per gallon so I call the gas station wondering why the prices read 289 on my receipt, I asked if they charge or adding any extra fees, well he goes on to tell me that the full service side is extra cause they check tire ,windows Etc,mini service side just pump gas no extra. Well I told him that I was on the full-service side but I did not receive any service I just needed gas, so why was I charged for full service if I did not use the whole service? I just had the employee pump gas that it, he proceeded to tell me that the price for full service is on the pump now first of all if I'm not getting out to pump my gas how am I supposed to notice the prices on the pump second of all do you feel it's okay to go ahead and charge a customer if they didn't receive the service, he pursues on once again the prices are on the pump if you want the service you can come in and get the service done,I told him I don't need the service if I needed the service I would had got when i got my gas wasn't even about the money I just wanted to see how they was going to treat their customers if they was going to do what correct. I've always received just gas on the full-service side and never been charged but there's always that one greedy one out the bunch that lacks common courtesy basically taking money charging my credit card for something I did not receive a person with no good morals if the customer did not receive this service, or didn't use this service, or need or rejected this full service what ever the case my be why should that customer be charge I rather spend my money at Fred Meyers which is right around the corner.. you can keep the money you thieves!!!

Provided by YP.comThis service station performed a plug repair of a tire on my wife's vehicle and failed to tighten all the lug nuts. Upon noticing the missing lug nut I checked the torque of the remaining lug nuts and found 3 more lug nuts at less than half the required torque. When the lug nut was identified missing and the vehicle returned to them with a request to replace the missing lug nut they declined and stating we were lying about the repair and that they had never worked on the vehicle or tire in question. Being unable to locate our receipt we requested they review their records to identify the $22 charge from them on our credit card as a fee for repair of the tire in question. They chose not to review the receipt or question the young mechanic who my wife watched perform the repair. They were so rude and condescending to my wife that she left the facility in tears due to their rudeness and poor business etiquette. Furthermore their method of tire repair is a plug type repair that is not accepted as a proper repair in accordance with the Rubber Manufactures of America or the tire manufacture industry. Most all of this issue was created by the general manager's unwillingness to fully determine whether his mechanic was at fault or not. It is lucky for this shop that I was attentive enough to identify the missing lug nut and subsequently tighten the remaining lug nuts prior to failure of the wheel and a possibly vehicle rollover. In the end the general manager's offer after consulting the owner was $20 off if we purchased $1,000 worth of tires and they would sell us a new lug nut for a $1 off.
Separate from our issue my wife witnesses another employee scold a customer who paid for their fuel via credit card. The employee publicly insulted the customer by pointing out how much more he was going to pay if he was going to pay with something other than cash.

Provided by YP.comThis is my favorite gas station, by far the best place in town in terms of service. We are treated like family there whether we buy one gallon of gas or fill up the tank. It is the only place around WA that offers full service and mini service, pumping your gas for you every time and checking/fixing any other automotive problems that may arise. All the staff have been friendly and efficient, going the extra mile to ensure service with a smile.
