I went in for a $90 oil change. Signed a work order for $90 and was told 2 or 3 hrs. After 6 hrabi called and was told the bill was $240. They never called me for authorization. They changed my $30 filter for $150. I would never go back or recommend then to anyone. They charged more than Mercedes would. They are unfair and I was not the only unhappy customer.thanks for nothing!!!

This place is amazing! Ok so here's a few of my encounters with them...once in the door, and I received very friendly service. The shop consists of two specialized technicians, Fred who is a magician when it comes to fixing Mercedes Benz, and Eric, who has magical wizard powers when fixing BMW's.. There's also Oscar who does Basic service to any vehicle that comes in. I also saw another guy in there but wasn't sure who he was...besides the point. When working on your vehicle they have two policies. One: they use 100% genuine Mercedes and BMW German parts.. Not the cheapo autozone stuff.. Two: they stand 150% behind all their work... If something is to ever happen. They will make it right.. They want you leaving happy, and so far, I been that and more.. When ever I'm there I get a nice cup of coffee and relax.. If I decide I want to go home while they work on my cars, they will take me. But I have my girlfriend usually drive the other car and follow. Mike jr and mike sr are the two in charge of the front desk, and they make sure that you are happy with anything you need.. They have free wifi, so you can use a tablet while there..for the most part, they are a very busy shop, so don't be discouraged if they take a little to get to you.. Trust me, they are there to help... If you think they are trying to rip you off, GO TO THE DEALER AND ASK FOR A QUOTE.. Then come back and ask them.. Guaranteed their price beats the dealer.. And their service also beats the dealer.. I have a 06 Mercedes c280 and a 97 BMW m3(heavily modded at that) and I am very impressed with the work they do.



WHEN LOOKING THEM UP!!! Make sure you look for 725 EAST FOOTHILL! NOT AND I REPEAT NOT!!! The 725 on benson..they are a completely different shop separate from this one..
