We will run credit checks as well as Unlawful Detainer checks on every tenant to ensure that you are not getting someone else's problem tenant. We use only selected vendors that are reasonably priced, and do good quality work the first time. We will inspect your property on a regular basis to assure that there are no major problems from the exterior. We will run daily updates on the computer for all of our buyers to find the right property, at the right price. We have all of the Escrow, Title, Termite, and Home Inspectors that you will need if you are buying or selling a home.
