Absolutely criminal. I can't believe this location is still in business. This past summer I rented an RV from this location to move my family half way across the country. Absolutely the worst moving experience of my 10+ year military career. Problem after problem occurred due to poor (if any) vehicle maintenance and two very big safety issues. The windshield wipers were completely unserviceable and we had to pull over and wait for the rain to let up before we could safely continue. The alignment was so bad that combined with the winds in CO and KS we almost were forced into a ditch. Not wanting to waste any more time with this horrible company, I'll spare you the rest of the problems, but just know that they made for a VERY uncomfortable and inconvenient trip. The real travesty, however, was when we returned the RV. First they closed early on the day of our return (they knew we were coming because we called) forcing us to leave the RV in the parking lot and return the next morning to finalize the paperwork. The proprietors Anthony and Emily were rude and didn't want to hear about any of the problems, and nearly assaulted us (slammed the RV door while standing in it) to avoid us taking pictures as they started making false claims of cleanliness and damage. They refused to work with us at all and kicked us off the property, falsely charging us for anything and everything they could think of (gas, cleaning, extra days, ect...) resulting in an extra charge to our credit card above and beyond the deposit when a refund was due. We contacted Cruise America consumer relations and were met with the same unwillingness to listen to reason. We clearly proved to the representative Heather McCleary that the charges were false and explained the issues but she eventually just stopped listening and refused to help. She made an insulting offer to refund around $150 of the nearly $400 we were over charged, and refused to discuss the safety issues and actions of the staff at the Upland location.



Make sure you look at the reviews that are "not recommended" by yelp, because they clearly show that this was not an isolated incident.



Be warned, do not do business with this company unless you want to get ripped off!
