My grandmother's cat got sick and even though I manage her finances I know how important her cat is to her and told her to take her to the vet and do whatever she needed. Well when she finally took her, she was even worse than before. This
Dr. Flores, says he needed to start fluids and run blood tests. My grandma gives me the update. ok no problem, I think, we will have results in a few hours. ****2 DAYS LATER!!!! The results are in. 2 days? This is a very ill cat and they pick their nose and run up the bill waiting 2 days for some, but not all results?!? I was fuming! The Dr. has no diagnosis based on the blood results but there are tons of results that are abnormal. PLUS!!!! On top of this they have the cat stay overnight. This is a very ill cat, with a catheter in her leg, and the Dr. is greedy enough to make an elderly woman leave her cat overnight with no supervision!? Now I'm even more fuming. I start looking for other vets to have my grandmother go to. This is an arm pull because she's gone here for routine stuff forever and doesn't want to upset them. I tell her to remove the cat from their care the next morning. She calls in the morning and "the Dr. is not in yet...." the Dr. does not return my grandmothers call until late afternoon, and now surprise! surprise! the cat is not doing well and he wants to refer her elsewhere. Well we aren't following this Dr.'s recommendations any longer and took her to another vet, who addressed her concerns immediately and now has her on the road to getting better.

Extremely greed place. While giving my dog a routine check-up, they caused him to yelp/cry twice. Uncaring place.
