Very rude they really need to hire more professional personal.

They over charged me and when they did they said it was a fee they charged all of the accounts and i was never told about this they said no she told you ( the lady who charged my fee ) she then told me i was to pay that and she wasnt going to refund it I asked to speak to her supervisor she then said to me sorry honey you arent going to speak with anyone but me i asked for her corprate number and or her superior boss owner anyone she said you cant speak to anyone but me and if you want any numbers you will have to figure that out on your own sweetheart and then hung up on this woman BRENDA DEE has absolutley NO phone etiquete and is incredibly rude i wouldnt trust my money to her if i were you
