Received a call from this company stating that I would be served with an order to go to court because I was attached to the primary person the company was attempting to contact. When I called to find out why I would be served, the Chief Litigator, Michael was very rude. It was as if he had an attitude from the time he answered the phone till the conversation was over. I was very disappointed with my experience with this company; especially given the fact this matter did not involve me. Michael also stated more than once that if the person they were attempting to contact did not return the call; I would be served with an order to appear in court. I wanted to speak to Michael’s manager; however, he said that was not possible.

Bogus on all accounts!! They call and harass people that they have listed as a "secondary contact" on a case. They provide nothing but a phone number and name to substantiate their case and give threats of a dispatch showing up at your door.

These people call with lies and threats of being served with an order to appear in court and being sued. They also call family members saying I owe money and that a process server is looking for me to serve me... all untrue and these lies and harassment are illegal.
