I did my internship here. They do quite a bit for VERY low pay. They want to teach you 5 different things in one day then expect you to do it on your own the next day. Then 3 different people tell you 3 different ways to do one thing. So who do you listen too? Catch22?!! Lack of communication between everyone. No one talks to each other, it's very quiet and from what I heard the "BOSS" likes it that way. They talk about you to other employees right in front of you! It's a small office and you can hear everything. Very rude! They definitely don't make you feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I've heard them talk about others and all they do is laugh. They definitely need to figure out a better way to train and have it instilled in their brains that everyone learns at a different pace. Some may ask more questions than others. I've seen people come and go in a short period of time and they said it's because of the same exact reasons. There's only a select few who seem to actually care about their fellow employees. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who would like to advance or move up in a company cause you will not get the chance here.
