WORST PLACE EVER!!! Office staff is rude and condescending. HORRIBLE PARKING discourages you to invite friends. There's always something wrong with the pools or hot tubs and two hot tubs are always locked even though they advertise all four of them. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. They have one guy in a wheel chair living upstairs which is just cruel. CARS ARE ALWAYS GETTING TOWED, residents only get one visitors pass per week which is ridiculous. Friends and family have to take a chance and park on the street and risk getting their CARS BROKEN INTO (which happened to my roommate). WALLS ARE PAPER THIN thin you can hear your neighbors doing the nasty while your'e trying to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The only good thing about this place has nothing to do with the place at all but with the people. The neighbors are all generally friendly people who tend to look out for one another...except my upstairs neighbors who party every weekend, even Sunday nights till 5 or 6 in the morning. They threw their trash over the balcony making it seems like I was the one littering. The finals straw was watching theme PEE OVER THE STAIRS like animals. We tried to tell them to stop but of course they didn't. tried telling the office people, and they said they"felt bad but there was nothing they could do about it" and when we tried calling the cops they didn't show up till hours after we had called. Prices may be affordable but make for a very stressful living experience there.>>>WARNING!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!<<<
