I have lived here for almost a year and will not be renewing my lease.  When I moved here the management was extremely family friendly.  It has become very much less so.  To such a degree that I had to obtain a letter from the lawyer clarifying that my children can play outside.  The new management was unaware that children can play outside their apartment in a complex advertised for families.

The free WiFi by the pool has never worked since I've been here.  The television in the gym has not been operable since I moved in.  But the tv in the office sure works.  And is always on for the employees.

As to the employees there appears to be high turnover in management.  There have been six different people in the 2 person office in the last five months.  The two maintenance guys are totally AWESOME and they are only reason I'm even rating this place two stars.  They work very hard.

The security guard is a total jerk.  Very rude and he locks up the pool and turns off the hot tub jets early every night sometimes as much as an hour early.



If you're looking for a place..skip even looking at PARK CENTRAL APARTMENTS.



Update:  I reported the above issues again to management this morning.  The manager Isis reminded me that I have been complainng about these same issues since late last year.  Based on my complaints they agreed to allow me vacate the apt early without the penalty if I did so before 12.25.14.  They made that offer on 12.21.14.  So if I wanted to take them up on our their offer to leave early without penalty I would have had to move with 4 days immediately before christmas.  So I did not do so.

This morning while I was discussing the above complaints with Isis, she actually asked me "why don't you move?".  It's almost an admission on her part that they cannot provide the tenants what is promised by the brochures.  I thought that question was very inappropriate and I asked if she was being nice.  She claimed she was.  I informed her that sometimes corporate people try to make statements which appear proper but is actually a dig.  I believe that is what I experienced from management today while I attempted to discuss my concerns.  I think I received a dig from the manager.  I called her on it and she backtracked.  I hope these problems are fixed soon as they have existed for 9 mos.  But I doubt it.
