Under no circumstances would I recommend Pool Tile Cleaning or Scott Hicks to perform any cleaning services on a pool. The individuals associated with this company are undoubtedly some of the most unreliable and inconsiderate individuals in the pool industry. I called this company and talked directly with Scott Hicks (what a fluke!) on November 6, 2014. He advised me to fill out his online form and take pictures of the project for an estimate. At that time he informed me he charger $5.00 per linear foot. I took the pictures, attached them to the completed online form, and sent them to him. I received an automated response email thanking me for my inquiry and advising me that they would get back to me within the time I specified. I never heard from them subsequent to that. I left repeated voicemails and sent an email directly to Scott Hicks and he never responded to any of the contacts. I waited for three weeks for some sort of reply to my repeated attempts to contact him. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT!! I have never in my life encountered such a total disregard for customers. Can you imagine what kind of response you would get if you encountered problems following any service provided by this company or Scott Hicks. DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH. Out of frustration I emailed Mike Wood with Pool Tile Cleaning Pro (telephone#: 888-800-9011). He contacted me within two hours requesting photos of the project. I emailed photos and pool dimensions. He scheduled me to have my pool tile cleaned and sealed within two days. He was there promptly at 9:00 am and personally completed the work in less than 3 hours. His price was reasonable and work superb. I would highly recommend Pool Tile Cleaning Pro for you pool cleaning needs. Mike shows his customers respect and provides superior service, unlike Pool Tile Cleaning and Scott Hicks.
