They will sell damaged or incomplete items, deny it's their responsibility, hide damage by boxing item, and then be rude when confronted for exchange or refund

This place far exceeded my expectations. I just recently re-did my Kitchen and Floors, this was my first stop on 9th street. After checking with their competitors, i realized that Palata has the best offers and the most Polite and helpful staff. I went in with no idea what i wanted and came out excited with the outcome of my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Will be redoing my Bathrooms in a few months and i know exactly where im going to go. Palata keep up the great work

Ive been in the contracting business for over 20+yrs and I always do work with palata labor or just purchasing tile and I am never let down keep up the good work guys I know you can't please everyone but boy do I know you try and you guys are the best on 9th st I will never shop anywhere else thanks guys!!

9th street is lined with tile stores but this is my fav -- they are friendly, good prices and selections, really nice showroom. Got our bathroom tile here :)

these guys did it all for me, went in to buy floors, and ended up buying kitchen cabinets,carpet,tile,and showers from them,great service ...very cheap price,would do buisness with them again for sure.

these guys are great. they helped me design my floors and did a great job, from the minute i went into the store to the day i had my floors done, the customer service was great, recommend these guys to everybody ++++

On a major tile job in Albuquerque I wound up short matching bullnose for a pattern made in Spain but that was no longer available except at two places, one on the east coast and one on the west coast. Even though Palata Tile & Stone does not ordinarily ship tile from California, Magic then Mark did a great job in filling the order then promptly and safely shipping the order.



When I first researched their company I noticed a yellow page review that I personally discounted because of my construction, engineering and architecture background over 45 years. I am glad I did.
