I am a grandparent of a child that played on Minor B team. My grandson did not have a coach until after practice started. Not good. It appears the manager and coach had no training. We paid a lot of money in my opinion to join this group. There was really no team mom. The team was always a mess in the dugout. Never any supervision. I understand it is hard to get coaches but, this is where these children start learning baseball. I really think someone needs to come supervise what goes on at least once for each team. This people that you get to coach, manage and be team mom really need a class of sorts to let them know their jobs. I have two other grandsons in baseball in different areas and their leagues are not ran like this. The coaches have classes they need to attend, managers and team moms as well. It was really a disappointment to come and watch my grandson play for Upland American. His team seemed to be more out of control then the others. And the location where homeless people.

This park was unfair to the kids that deserve to make all stars but when your a board member and your kid sucked doesnt give you the right to make your kid a all-star but whatever,and the board members over used there athority making rules as they go along i do not recommend this park to be ran by the same board members,sanberadino needs to drop the hammer down on this park...
