The Gerlach's have been around for over 100 years, and their work shows that level of expertise. Both Henry and Robert do superior work. In fact, my friend in Scottsdale, Arizona needed 2 self-winding watches to be repaired and I suggested Gerlach's in Upper Darby, PA. These watches were made in the l950's and are very special watches to the owner. He did not want to put the watches in just anyone's hands, I suggested Gerlach's as they've been around for years and are very experienced. I have had many pieces of jewelry and clocks satisfactorily repaired throughout the years. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. The Arizona watches were repaired and the owner, my friend, said they did a fantastic job. What we liked most about this is most jewelers farm their work out but Gerlach's do their work in shop (i.e. do not farm work out to others). That's a real plus and we're happy they are around. Review from Mrs. Hannigan of Upper Darby PA ( I live about 10 houses up from Gerlach's jewelry store) and they are the best thing that has happened to our street!
