I had an item in for repair. When I got the item home I realized it had not been repaired. When I returned to the business, I was told repeatedly that the item was repaired, accusing me of tearing it again and trying to get a free repair. I repeatedly tried to explain to her that the item was not repaired. She just stared at me and refused to make this right. I will never go there again. I have never met someone so rude.
