My family just moved down the road from the gas station and usually end up spending money there once a day or so. We generally go in as much as we can but when Im alone with my kids I use the drive-thru. I can count at least 6 times I've used it and loved how convienant it is and ushally how nice the girls all are. This morning its pouring rain as it has all night and on the way to take my oldest to school I stopped for a drink for his lunch. I pull up to the window and say " do you by chance have choc or strawberry milk, the little ones." The older, heavier man says after lookin at me like I've got crap smeared from one end of my face to the other "I don't know but you have to come in to get it" So apparently they will only use their drive up window when its convienant for them not for you as the name convienance store would suggest. I know if I ran a business based on how lazy I felt for the day I sure wouldnt be in business long. Even though they've never hada problem serving us before if they choose to not serve people at their drive thru window shouldnt there be some kind of sign suggesting that? I know our $1-200 businees each week wont make or break them but they sure wont be recieving any more of it. I am waiting for a chance to speak with some1 over this man and ask how they pick and choose who they serve at that window and make a complaint. Again its probabally to no avail but it will be made. How rude. My 2yr old and 5yr old have to be drug out thru the rain because a man is to lazy to help them, generally native americans are helpful loving people tho and all but this guy have been. How sad.
