I give the office zero stars. I work for a doctor's office myself and we like to refer to other practices as well. Since this office was so close we started refering them to Lakewood Healthcare Center. Every patient has come back to us with absolute disgust Everyone has said "to get to the doctor/nurse practioner, you have to go through a nasty, rude, impolite front desk." (young girls twisting their neck, not saying "good morning or hello" when you walk in.) When you do get to see the nurse practioner, she's not to much different then the front staff.

When we got the same 5 - 10 straight responses about that office, we of course apologized to the parents and stopped refering. I then decided to call the office to ask a general question to hear for myself, and boy, were these parents right. (Attitude on the phone). My co-worker (who is sitting next to me) also had an encounter with the front staff. She went in the office to ask for a location of another office in the building. She said "Hello! good afternoon". The young girl at the front desk, twisted and rolled her neck, put her first finger up and said, "First of all, it's good afternoon"

I don't know how this lady still has a business, I guess you hire people who are like you.

1st time visit to office, not too good result, takes awhile for doctor to return any calls, staff not too caring about problem you may be having
