If there was a ZERO STAR choice I would choose that. Terrible, awful customer service. Their employees cannot solve even the most simple problems such as disclosing and ensuring customers are given a correct pin number so they can actually use their debit.

Long hold times when contacting customer service - which for me has now been 3 times in a little over a week.

Also, there are fees which were not disclosed anywhere their terms when opening an account. Bait and switch

Avoid Money One. I signed up with Money One Federal Credit Union to get a Kasasa account. They simply failed to pay the advertised interest rate. Not only that but it was supposed to be free no plenty account. They charged me for not making enough transactions.

There customer service was horrible and rude. They will not respond to any e-mails. A terrible business that should be avoided. I would give it negative stars if I was allowed.

Do not bank with this CU either as a member or as a partner of the credit union service. They do not return calls as promised and they do not adequately research problems which results in inconsistencies with their answers to your problem generated by their staff. If you want your funds to be withheld from your access due to a teller error for greater than 20 days, bank with them. Otherwise, stay as far away as possible.
