Avoid this business. I waited for close to an hour before I decided to go elsewhere.



People at the front desk were nice, but doctors need to realize they are running a business and customer service is as important as patient care. It's not either/or. Making people wait over 50 minutes for an appointment is rude and disrespectful of their time.



The online reservation/paperwork system seems not to work (for me as well as another patient I witnessed, who made an appointment online and arrived to, "sorry sir, you're not on the schedule...").

Poor service, it seems they do not even care about their customers.

If you need your glasses in the near future don't go here! It took over a 6 weeks for my glasses to be made. The employees are unresponsive and quickly annoyed when asked questions. And don't bother askng for a refund, that takes another 6 weeks. The office is small and the frame selection is few (and by few I mean FEW to the third power). You would be better off going ANYWHERE else.
