I told them I would review them as they have been WONDERFUL. I was asked by other places to tear my barn down & was offered almost 10 grand more for my barn. So I asked why Brad bid so low. He explained that he pays me as soon as the barn is down. So I looked into the other "too good to be true contract" and sure enough- I only got that price if the guy sold my barn for a really high price. I might not have gotten money for months. Don't be fooled by smooth talkers- Brad may not offer as much- but at least you are really getting the money. Him and his wife were funny and hard workers, as well as the other 2 guys that helped. This barn was a mess and my yard looks great now. I told them I will RECOMMEND them over & over

He does everything in writing, he let us know what to expect, and he is fair on pricing. He gave us a free estimate.
