Was going to Wilson's ever since he opened a couple years ago, gave him lots of work. He repaid me by sending my wife off in our Jeep with breaks not working properly, peddle going almost all the way to the floorboards. Called him and he tolds us to come back, so we did, then he played around with pretending to bleed the break line, problem is that he started in the left front and never did any of the other lines, it did nothing. After that he proclaimed the problem was fixed, it wasn't. He told me to take it down the road, I did. As suspected, same problem, got back and told him so, he got huffy and told me I was all set! I told him that this was a safety issue and that I did not feel comfortable driving the Jeep, I asked him to drive it for himself. He reluctantly got behind the wheel and just about slammed the door in my face, then he bolted around his own driveway and stopped, looked at me and stated again that "I was all set!" Later he claimed that he offered for us to leave the Jeep with him so he could take a closer look the next day, this was a lie he never did, I kept telling him that this was a safety issue expecting him to offer to look at it in his shop, he didn't. Bottom line, go somewhere else, if Jim Wilson can treat a regular customer like this, what is he capable of doing to you? I wound up taking the Jeep to Putnam Jeep, they confirmed that the breaks were never bleed properly, they also found other issues that Jim Wilson never did and fixed them all, now I'm a happy camper but out $599 wasted at Wilson's.
