This was one of my best experiences with a B&B. Everything about this place was great. The owners are very selective of their guests. I do not blame them since the place is really nice.

We were delighted by everything in this B&B, hardwood floors, ceramic tiles in kitchen walls, a lot of sunlight through many windows, beautiful, beautiful place. It blends in so well with the neighborhood that it's hard to tell that it's a lodging. It has a very discreet sign, so guests should have the address handy before going there.This is an ideal place for travelers wanting to avoid the generic hotel experience. Unfortunately, we were planning a second honeymoon there but the place will be closed from June until December 2010.Nice owners and very nice family. A warning for anybody looking for accommodation at Akademika, the owner screens the guests before offering them reservation at this B&B. Nevertheless, if you manage to get a room, these people will take care of you.

the place is spotless, computers in the room, great breakfast, nice owners.
