My husband went there in the hopes of finding help. He stepped on a nail & it got bad. The sales lady was awesome! She spent an hour with him. Making sure she got the cutout perfect so there wouldn’t be pressure on the wound. We will definitely go back.

I had a lift made at the Urban...

I had a lift made at the Urbana store. I was pleased with the service and definitely will use them again. The staff was helpful with my questions and I was treated with a professional experience. They stated it may take up to a week to complete my order but called 2 days later and I was able to pick it up. Highly recommend and their inventory is outstanding.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I took my shoes in to be repaired December 13th and I was promised that they would be done January 3rd when I went to pick my shoes up on January 5 not only were they nor done, but the clerk had an attitude. They have the worst customer care ever, not only will I go back I will never recommend them to anyone.
