I've lived with Weiner on two separate occasions in two different apartments. Both were clean and had been painted when I arrived. I wrote down all "move-in" damage and repairs and the items that needed to be taken care of immediately were done within a week. The office staff are friendly and accommodating and most repairs are taken care of within 24 hours. We also have access to emergency numbers for maintenance if a problem arises. I've returned to Weiner because I've found them to be trustworthy and prompt. I appreciate knowing who the maintenance people are and seeing the same faces over and over. Weiner will always be the first company I look into when I start searching for an apartment.
