We looked a several travel agencies for our trip and decided on Encore Travel. We had a group of 24 people all coming from different locations on a trip through SE Asia. It was complex and we needed help with flights, transportation, hotels, and things to do and see. The agent we worked with was knowledgeable and provided us with great options. Everything went smoothly on the trip and the guides were great! We did find a couple quotes were a little less money, but we were all very happy with the decision to go with Encore Travel. Mostly because of the knowledge, ideas and insights that were provided by the agent. We definitely recommend and will use Encore Travel again in the future.

We used Encore Travel for our trip to Italy and France. 2 week trip, we went alot of places and had some private tours included, flights, hotels, etc. everything was set up by Encore Travel. They did a great job, everything went as planned. We will use them again and recommend others do as well.

Hugh with Encore Travel helped plan my best friends Bachelorette party in Cancun Mexico. This was a group of 5 girls from all different parts of the US. He was able to to find us a reasonable but very nice resort, and get us all on track. He was very patient with the process and held our hand through every step. Encore Travel is my go- to company for all my travel needs! Thanks Hugh!

I know you travel...so much can happen to define the experience: missed connection, lost items, a special occasion. 5 of us from 5 world locations brought together - I can only define my experience as exceptional remarkable, a 10 out of 10. And I don't do 10's. All of the above happened and we had communication with Encore when we wanted it or needed it. And, boy, we really needed it at one point. We were only panicking until we heard his voice. Clearly, this company loves what they do!

WOW!! We went to Hawaii for 12 days and did 2 islands. We had ALOT of questions and he was really patient and answered everything. Had a great time....will call them again next time!

Encore Travel was great. We worked with Hugh regarding our 2 week trip to Europe and he was quite helpful. We had multiple cities we wanted to visit, but had never traveled to Europe before. So didn't know how to get it all put together. His advice was very helpful. He set us up with everything we needed to have a really wonderful time. The tours were really informative, the hotels were great, smaller than we were expecting but I guess that's normal there and he did let us know that, but overall we had a great trip thanks to Hugh and Encore Travel. We would definitely recommend and will be calling Hugh again for our next trip.
