Awful service!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND URBANDALE AUTO BODY SHOP!! I initially brought my car in for an estimate (usually a quick 15 minute task) and he didn’t feel like looking at it at the time so he told me to leave it there and he’d look at it the next day. So I told him to call me once he decided what he was going to do with it and what it was going to cost (this was on Friday), and his response was, “Well if you don’t hear from me by Wednesday at noon, then you call me.” That is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! I didn’t hear from him because he never once called me back when he said he would. He then told me that he would call me on Friday after taking another look at my car- again I never heard from him and when I tried to call there was no answer (and they don’t even have an answering machine for me to leave a message). He had my car for over a week before he even looked at it to do anything, and I had to continually call him to find out what was going on with my car- m
