I have been going to Urbandale Optical for about 15 years now and I love it. They have always been incredibly professional and treat me like family.

Check your bill closely - they will tell you that you will receive discounts to get you to spend money and then not apply discounts to your bill. Glasses were not ordered after being paid for in full. Multiple issues and the staff was not willing to work towards resolution until negative feedback was left on their Facebook page.
