We were extremely disappointed with this company. We met with them a couple times and were happy with their designs and ideas. We had given our $1,000 deposit and were heading over with our $10,000 check to get started. My husband called and asked 2 questions before we handed over the money. 1-can we re-arrange the payment schedule so that we are not paying $19,000 BEFORE you step foot in our home? We wanted to pay the next installment when the cabinets arrived at our home-not when the cabinets arrived at their location. 2-do you guarantee satisfaction at the end of the job? Veronica became very defensive and unprofessional. She told my husband that she couldn't tell him anything or make him promises b/c we would think she was lying and we had to depend on their good reviews online. She also told him they didn't want our job if we had questions like that. Hearing that they didn't want our job was unexpected and shocking. I would think twice before you hire this company!

I hired this company because previously, when it was a small place operated by husband, they did a great job for my remodeling bathroom. A lot changed since. First of all now wife seems to be runs the business. Mistakes were made during quoting process. Final quote given by husband (and at the time confirmed to be FINAL) was later overridden by wife's larger quote. Now they are suing me for a difference.

In a process there were some damages done to my driveway by a large dump truck (estimated by concrete company at $800). When I pointed this out, I was told to go and sue the sub-contractor, so they took no responsibility for this. In a process on installation the hardwood floors were scratched badly (scratches are still there in new kitchen. No responsibilities were taken for this.

Simply stay away from them, if you don't want the aggravation.

P.S.

I can provide all the details necessary upon request so that you dont think this is a made up story.

It was the worst experience ev...

It was the worst experience ever. It seemed easy enough we went to one place picked our granite they sent everything over to kitchen expo. We were told that we would get a phone call about getting measurements done. Waited a week and half did not hear from them. Called kitchen expo found out they wanted a deposit before they measured themselves. After three weeks they finally came out to measure then waited two weeks and never heard from them again so we called again. They said the hire out to another company to install so they cannot control their people not calling us. Then recieved a call later that day because called saying they were coming the next day. My husband and I both have full time jobs and I work 12 hours shifts one day notice wasnt going to work. Finally got a day that I was off work for them to come I was told 10am install. At 1115 I hadnt heard from them. Called kitchen expo they said they would find out. Called back saying that they moved the time to 2pm now. Would have been nice to know that. Then when they arrived they just walked into my house without knocking which was very unnevering. Then the guy kept trying to talk me out of using the granite as part of our backsplash when I refused I found out that they miss measured and werent sure if they had any more granite. Last time I checked that was not my problem because I paid for professionals. They kept pressureing me to switch to not using the granite to make up for their mistake because he said he wasnt getting paid for mistakes, until my dad showed up to see how it was all turning out. Then it was not a problem it was an easy fix. Waited another two weeks and hadnt heard from them about finishing. So my husband called to set up a time. Then they called me and asked if I was home now and if i wasnt i needed to be. I was not at home he even went to the lengths to ask me if I could get anyone to leave work including my dad to be there because they were coming. My husband came home from work to meet with them because we didnt want to have to wait another couple of weeks. The final product was shoty at best. There are gaps between the granite and dry wall where the back splash is and other spots on the dry wall. When talking with kitchen expo we were told that was the painters job to fix not theirs. We arent building a new house we just replaced our counters. And then to make us feel better they stated that they dont usually use that installer and wouldnt again. Thats great for the next person but not for our kitchen. I would NEVER EVER go back there again. The installers were terrible and the people at kitchen expo were of absolutely no help and did not want to make anything up to us for our dissatifaction. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE TO INSTALL GRANITE.
