This is the best Salvation Army I have visited & I travel to thrift shop. I find the best purses ever. Linda & her staff are awesome. I also love how clean, neat & organize the store is. Linda you rock!!!!

I was checking out a jewelry bag deciding if I wanted to buy it, the tall blond lady behind the jewelry counter asked if she could see the bag and puts more staples in it like I'm going to steal out of it then she puts it back out on the counter. I am 58 years old and have never been treated so rude needless to say she made my decision for me. So the store looses a $45.00 sale !!! I donate to the Salvation Army and my son and I shop all around to the different stores spending lots of money. I will never go back to this Utica store #32 as long as they have this rude lady there ! Rude, Rude ! The manager was rude also and if he wants to see how I was really treated he needs to look at his camera at 9:30 am on this day .

This is one of the best Salvation Army's around. It is clean, has a wide selection of merchandise in almost every size, along with housewares, books, electronics and even old record players. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves thrift store shopping.

Its a really nice place.. They have tons of clothing, accessories, shoes, games, and etc. with some with the tags still on the item! The prices are amazing and the workers are quite helpful and and really nice!
