Honda accord my CRV was never completely gone over I accepted it the way it was that was a mistake I have developed a noise in the back of my CRV either loose or about to brake I called

your service Dept 40.00 to find it I think that's uncalled for it's the last car or SUV I by from you

customer service sucks service sucks never again since 92 I've been a customer and that is

done I should not have to pay to have a noise
