Tina (the driver) arrived late for my medical transportation trip with her daughter in the vehicle. Tina said she was bringing her daughter because she never gets to spend time with her. Tina started talking to me about how Medicaid is paying, I told her my doctor had to fill out forms stating medical necessity reasons, they just don’t pay. When we arrived in Boston Tina said she’s taking her daughter to Fenway Park, sight seeing and picture taking. when I called and text her to come get me from the medical facility there was no answer. I gave up trying to reach Tina, she finally called and said she was stuck in the parking lot at Fenway Park and couldn’t get out. I called CNY Cab Car Service and reported the incident to Tammy,(the supervisor) who was not surprise when I told her that the driver brought her child on my 4 hour drive to a cancer institute.
