I love Dunkin Donuts but this one seems to be lacking compared to most locations. They are usually out of things or machines are down so you can't get what you want or they can't get your order right. For example I ordered 50 munchkins one day and paid for them but only received 30. I have stopped and ordered a salted carmel hot cocoa several times and they never have it available. I ordered a chocolate milk for my 2 yr old granddaughter and was told they don't carry dairy products. Seriously?! All of the other Dunkin Donuts do.

This morning I stopped and ordered a large Dunkaccino and when I got to work and went to take a drink I found it was a coffee. I looked at the cup and it's marked cofee 4 cream 4 splenda. Yuck!!!! My receipt says Dunkaccino.

I have tried to call the phone number listed for them and get a recording that simply says "Please leave a message after the tone". Nothing letting you know that it is actually Dunkin Donuts or anything. I'm not leaving my name or number on a machine not knowing if I've reached the correct number I wanted. There is no phone number listed on the receipt either. They definately need to step up their game.
