I booked this company for my July 2012 wedding. I was called 1 hour before they were supposed to pick me up on my wedding day and told the limo broke down. I understqqand things happen, but I was not happy. I was offered a limo bus or a limo that would fit 2 less people than I had in my wedding party. Of course I had to choosed the bus. When it arrived, I was so disgusted to see not a limo bus, but a short school bus, painted black with a dull spray paint, and a stipper pole inside. I was mortified to be arriving at the church in this short bus. When I called for some sort of refund, (i did not even ask for the full amount back) I was denied a refund, but offered a night out in the limo with my husband. I honestly did not want to use this company again, I just wanted some of my money back. Please save yourself the embarrassment of doing any business with this company and go somewhere else.
