The BAD: Very poor management and many loud neighbors partying at 4am. Oil field workers no doubt. Example: Had every fire alarm on the property go off today and management could not figure out how to turn them off! They were blaring for at least 45 minutes. The sirens were still blaring when I finally left to escape the noise. Who knows how long they were on for. It was unbearable. Apparently they dont cover that in training..or much else.



The GOOD: The apartments are somewhat nice if you can get over the scratches on the wooden floors from them moving refrigerators in. The other parts of the property are nice as well. Just very poorly managed.
