Provided by YP.comThis place was recommended by a mutual friend of the owner. I have brought my dog here a few times for nail trimmings since it was so cheap. I always called first since they are clear about no walk in's. I always left messages and they hardly ever called me back. I would have to stop in there with out my dog for them to tell me it was okay to bring him in... go home and them bring him back. I thought I would try them for grooming, and booked an appt for the following week.. she told me it would be $45 for a dog his size. The day came.. i was going to cancel the appt so I gave my dog a bath myself. Turns out my husband still wanted to bring him. So he went and when he was picked up.. he had a huge open sore on his tail. As if he was nipped with the Shaver (my dog is short hair) . And he still smelled like the coconut shampoo that i used on him earlier that morning. My poor dog had dried blood all over his tail and was sore to the touch. I called and spoke to the owner. She said they used berry shampoo. And then proceeded to tell me that my 95lb dog wacked his tail on the way out. They sent me a check for a refund, including the tip (I didn't ask for the tip back) and a note that said to find another groomer in the area. They also wrote that his nails werent done cause they were trimmed the following week (ok no problem) but then said thats why they only charged charged 45 not 50.. when i was already quoted $45 for a dog his size. I am shocked that a local business owner couldn't take the responsibility and apologize for not noticing my dog was injured on their watch. I understand accidents happen, but to say that he wacked his tail on the way out couldn't have sounded more ridiculous. I was willing to continue using their services until i recieved their letter telling me to go elsewhere. I am so disgusted. Learn to take ownership. It's such a shame that a local owner, mutual friend would be so horrible so someone's pet, family member, and act like nothing went wrong by them. Thank you for my tip back. I have NEVER wrote a bad review especially for a local business owner.. I thinking shopping local is extremely important for our community and wouldn't want to ruin their reputation. But I'm appauled with the childish unprofessional behavior. Thankfully we have many other local groomers in the area with great reviews.

Provided by YP.comWe went in as a walk in to see if we could get my small dogs nails done- and possibly a bath? They said they had time and to come back in an an hour to pick her up. (I was a little flustered just having found out my son was deploying) and as I left I realized they NEVER asked for her name, our name, our number? We had only been there one other time as walk ins and stayed while she got her nails done so they did not know us.
Taking my responsibility for not giving them this information I came back about 20 minutes later and asked the woman why she had not asked for this? Her rude response was "I usually do" and something else - but it was so loud in there I could not hear her.
My dogs nails were done (but they didn't even clip the tufts of fur) and she was drying from her bath as she was shaking like a lief (and she LOVES everyone). Then when ringing out the one girl looks at the other girl and says "$35????" as if this is a question. The other girl shoots her a look and says "oh yes"...Are there not set prices? This seemed insane for a quick nail/bath with no cutting?
I would stay away from this establishment- it was not a calm environment at all and the girls were quite rude. There are enough establishments around that you don't have to settle for less.
