Backyard Unlimited is owned by the Nathan Martin family. Nathan was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Amish country. After moving to California in 2007 and working in the shed industry for a couple of years, Nathan noticed that California needed a shed supplier who could offer the same quality and value that he remembered the Amish provided back in Pennsylvania. So... In August of 2009 we partnered with the Amish from back home and began Backyard Unlimited as California's first local supplier of Amish made sheds.
