Turn around NOW and RUN AWAY. I never write bad reviews, but these people wasted 8 months of our lives on a house that fell through! The reason? "It's not that you're not qualified, we just can't get it through underwriting." The loan officers missed details and constantly kept coming up with more and more conditions. RANDOM things, like our college diplomas. After all that, they told us we could get back the $1000 we paid for the two inspections (one of which was never done). Well, it's been two months, and you guessed it, WE'RE STILL WAITING. HORRID HORRID place -- I just want to be DONE with them!
