The total charge was not too expensive and was very reasonable to me. The receptionist said the dentist who treated me currently took over this clinic and set up a new management to give better services to his patients. Because of my severe tooth pain I went there without appointment but I could see a dentist in 30 minutes. He took care of my tooth pain well with a kind explanation of my problems.

I am satisfied with good treatment for my severe toothache. In fact, I did not expect to get such a good treatment and a hospitality from a dentist.

I just want to take this opportunity to applaud Dr. Choi and his staff at Bayside dental for restoring my confidence. I believe a great smile is paramount. A little over a year ago i was at another dentist which was recommending three of my over a year ago i was at another dentist which was recommending three of my teeth to be extracted. I immediately sought a second opinion with Bayside. The front staff was very friendly and told me not to worry, that i was in good hands with Dr. Choi. They were right. I received three crowns that were done it seems with precision and a great turn around time that had me smiling again with in a couple of weeks. Thank you so much Bayside for being so professional.

Dr. Choy became personally involved with the issues I was having and has gone over and beyond to make things right with my daughters crown. It is unusual for a business to really care weather or not your a happy customer, but Dr. Choy has done everything possible to correct the issue.
