I went with my mom once and they used a very rough pumice stone on my feet, I am not sensitive and this made me cry out in pain. They also cut my nails down really deep on the sides causing me to walk with a limp for a week. I decided to not go again, but my mom got me a gift certificate for my birthday and it was accidentally thrown away with some mail by a housemate. My mom had the credit card statement proving that she bought it, and there is a duplicate copy of the GC in their little book. They refused to honor the GC, even though they could write on the copy that it has been used, and they "always compare the original to the copy". I will be telling everyone I know that they should not go to this nail salon ever.
