Provided by YPmobileOn hold for almost hour only to get disconnected at 5 pm closing time. Last time I was actually in this office , there were 92 people in line , waiting to get a #’d ticket to wait more . As it started to rain & some brought children & strollers in, they were “promptly told they’d have wait outside to stay in line . Our tax dollars at work‼️
