Been waiting 2 weeks, no order, two emails no response, and I really needed the order for a project for a friend! :(

The business plan of Craftownhobbylandusa seems to be little more than petty theft. I waited over six months, was very polite, and understanding for MONTHs. Then, I just wanted either a refund, or to have a replacement shipment sent product. Carol has my money and gave me NOTHING IN RETURN and cut communication. She has murdered her own business reputation, and possibly her own soul, by ignoring the eighth commandment.

I ordered thread, waited two weeks and when I hadn't heard anything I finally called. She did not have the thread in stock, it has been discontinued, and she had not had the decency to contact me. Said she was still trying to find some. I found her very unprofessional. I would stay away from this vendor.

Been waiting THREE WEEKS and still have not received the order. Not impressed.
