New Management/owner are even worse than previous. Greedy, harassed owners almost every day with letters on your steps doors. They are charging for cars that don’t fit on your driveways like 50 per cars a month. Coming up with anything to charge extra money. Charging for visitors staying over 20 days 50 per person a month. If you can stay away from here. They were trying one way or other to make longer tenants to leave the park so they will charge a lot more on rental space to new tenants

Do not move to this park, the manager Linda is a pain in thr rear end, she seems to think that we live in russia, you will have no freedom here, she will tell you even at what time your kids are not allowed outside of your house, you will have to ask her even what color she will allow you to paint your own mobile home, and if you don't do what she order you to do she will threat you with eviction, you will always be harrased in this mobile home park, it seems like the owner of the mobile home park agrees with the comunist ideas of this woman, do your self a favor and stay away from this creekside mobile home park.
