Provided by SuperpagesAttending Kiddie Academy in Vacaville has been a wonderful experience for my 2 year old daughter. In the few months she has been there, our family has found that our daughter has learned many things from her classes that she would not have learned from home, both educationally and socially. For parents who were nervous about putting their child in day care, Kiddie Academy became a place we felt extremely comfortable taking our daughter. The teachers and staff are very warm and caring.I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking for child care in the Vacaville area.

Provided by YP.comNot personal enough, food not healthy enough. Bad management. Bad environment. I pulled my kids and know of others who pulled their kids as well.
Though I appreciate the reveiw we received, I must respond. I built this Academy from the ground up and take pride in all that happens in the center. I live in the town I operate my business and I pride myself on knowing that each child that comes through my academy is nurtured, loved and cared for with the utmost of affection. We have been voted Best in Solano County by the readers of the Vacaville Reporter for two of the three years the award has been given, with one year listed as a runner-up. I will address each issue separately with regard to food nutrition first. As an avid fitness enthusiast I am aware of and approve each item served by my staff. When parents give suggestions about new food ideas, we try them if we are able to. Communication is the key. If parents do not voice their concerns and bring these to our attention, we cannot make change. With regard to the comment of my Academy having a bad environment; it is my opinion that the environemt is our center is safe second to none. Our staff to child ratio is lower than the state mandate and ALL activity in and outside the academy is recorded and monitored by closed circuit video cameras. No other childcare center in the area offers this. There is no question to the safety of the children because everything is always being recorded. If there was a concern about the management at the center, it was never brought to my attention. I would hope that if there was an issue with my management staff, a parent would have brought it to my attention so it could have been addressed. I am at my Academy nearly every day and my business cards are kept in the office with my personal cell number so any parent can reach me at any time, whether I am at the Academy or not. I wish the person who posted this review would have talked with me so any issue might have been resolved prior to leaving with such disdain.
