Okay, I'm writing this after the umpteenth time of getting home and having either my order wrong or, like tonight, they forgot to put in the burger for my meal. Of course, I live about 15 minutes away, so I have to pack up the kids and drive all the way back. The orders are CONSTANTLY wrong! I know you might say, Why don't you go somewhere else? This happens to be on my way home and the closest McD's is across town. We don't go often, and I'm always optimistic that the service has improved, but when you have the people at the window both taking orders and waiting on customers in cars, things seem to become a bit fouled up. This seems to be an epidemic as far as fast food restaurants go. Just try and get it right!!!! The only reason I go is for convenience on a busy night, but it just seems to be more and more inconvenient. At least the employees have finally started to say "Thank you." AAAARRRRRRGGGH!
