The head guy seemed very cocky and unapproachable. They arrived later than expected and didn't cut back near what I thought they would. They moved a couple of things to avoid damaging them and didn't put them back before leaving. On the plus side there is no more branches over my neighbors property for now and the office staff was very friendly and communicated the appointment time well.

Free estimate, and good communication with me in terms of setting up the appointment. I live in a "quad" of two duplexes facing each other with driveways, so communication between me, Monarch and my neighbors was crucial so I could ask them to move their cars for the work. The team arrived as promised, and after spending a few minutes going over what needed to be done and how, the team went to work. They were highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and coordinated their work seamlessly. They finished the job within the time estimated, including a thorough cleanup, and my trees look great! Their estimate was also the most reasonable I received, so I would definitely use them again!
