Having just finished a zumba class at golds gym in Vacaville I made my way over to the Monte Vista Food & Liquor Store located on Dobbins and Monte Vista.



This fella (the store clerk) as I was walking in the store made a comment on my pants....and I dismissed it....and thought it was weird....so before I proceeded to the counter he gestures with his body language to give him a lewd act....to greatly illustrate this lewd act the clerk cuffs his right hand in a manner as if wants me to perform the lewd act in the back of his store. After he made a comment on my pants he then asked me if I had a girlfriend and I said NO.



Real crazy at that....I had felt like what the heck.....this dude is on something....so I said I want to cash my ticket for lotto....and he continued to gesture (i.e. the same manner as the first time I walked in the store) on getting a lewd act but insisted on asking me my size big or small......and my response was its none of your business.



He then begins to rub himself as I am waiting for my ticket and I am tripping in my mind.....and motioned once again to go in the back of his store as he is rubbing himself intensely at that.....I said to him give me my cash and I left.....



My next move was to call the police and they are heading over there now to speak to him about what just happened. I am also going to call the BBB and report this incident.....the police will find that the cameras don't lie........the only thing missing is the angle at which he did indeed motion with serious intent to perform a lewd act in the place of business. This is written confirmation as it is verbal that this clerk indeed commit such a lewd act in public that needs to be looked at with serious intent as he is in violation of licensing regulations pursuant of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Furthermore, this has affected my day knowing he has not been to jail yet.



Nevertheless if no action is taken he could also have targeted students who go to Vacaville High School and or have unsuspecting individuals.



Keep in mind that Vacaville High School is due west of the establishment and a continuation School for troubled youth is due east, and within a 5 mile radius there are more area schools of learning, to include local businesses who do not know of this individuals act.
