I came in to look at a Maxima and Oscar was excellent great people skills,very respectful and helped out a lot on everything I need to know a long with Trevor on directing me to the location of the vehicle would definitely recommend them if you every looking for a car in area

i.e., A local faI took my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder into Vacaville Nissan to have a bounce problem in the rear checked out. They said the problem was the rear shocks. The replaced those with OEM shocks. The bounce was worse that before the replacement. The tires would actually leave the ground on small bumps and the vehicle nearly flipped over on its side going over a railroad track. I returned to Vacaville Nissan but the Service Dept. was closed. The head new car salesmen checked out the car and stated that the shocks are too weak to support the weight of the vehicle. I returned the next day and there technician took the car for a test drive. He stated that there is a problem but there is nothing they can do because these are the shocks that their Book show for this vehicle. THEY KNOWINGLY ALLOWED US TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN A CAR WITH A DANGERUOUS CONDITION THAT COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH. THEY PROMISED TO FIX THE SHOCKS IF THESE DIDNT WORK BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY 680 ADDITIONAL DOLLRS TO DO THAT. vorite, or highly recommended because

Service sucks, everyone has an attitude. We went to buy a car and things were not as it was on the posting. Features were not on the car that were on the posting and viscera. Sales guy was rude when we asked questions and didn't seem to know much. Overall, I'd rate the service as a negative -5.

Sean and Nicole have to be one of the most genuinely nicest people I've met. They're both very easy to get along with and will be completely straight with you. Cool thing about Sean, is that not only does he do a great job, but he gives you the time to talk about the issue at hand. A another nice thing about Family Auto was how easy it was to make an appointment using their website. I will be using Family Auto Care and Repair in the future for all my vehicles.
