They say give a place a chance; well I did and it has been worse each time.1)Had to go back twice to have my hair fixed; manager needs customer service training too, she's rude.2) Wait too long and kids running around everywhere like it's a playground.3) Pricing confusing with coupons and they need training on their computer. They said they raised prices and I just need a haircut. Save your money for all the other frills, otherwise I will just go back to the other discount cutters to save money. $22 for a shampoo and cut is a bit much for the cutters skill level. Overall, it is close to home, but the expereince was less than what I expected. I'll stay with my barber near my job;$14 for great cut, rinse, and style.

Excellent customer service, great haircut. I highly recommend the MVP which includes the haircut, relaxing massage shampoo, steam towel and facial pressure point massage, and neck & shoulder massage. The shampoo chairs are heated and also massage while you relax. Great value & service for only $21.00.
