I have been renting from summit properties since 2005..we have never been late on our rent and never had any major problems..other then had to deal with other bad tenants that I felt that got away with too much before finally getting evicted and there still breaking the rules there still giving them breaks by extending there move out date. VERY FRUSTRATING

Do not have any business dealings with this company. They do not care about their tenants. They feel that its proper to make potential tenant bid to get a rental home. After you have qualified for a rental home and you have given them a move in date, they do not take the listing off. They continue to shop to find someone who will move in a day or two before you will so they can collect more rent. Then they come back to you and see if they can "squeeze" you for another couple of days worth of rent. If you don't, then you are out of a home and out your application fee. Bad business in my book!!
